Mynetipots
A neti pot, also known as a Jala Neti Pot, is a teapot-shaped device designed for nasal irrigation, an ancient Ayurvedic and Hatha Yoga practice called Jala Neti (Sanskrit for "nasal cleansing"). By flushing the nasal passages with a saline solution, it clears mucus, allergens, and debris, relieving nasal irritation from allergies, sinus infections, and kapha-related imbalances. Originating in India around 1000 BCE, Jala Neti was documented in texts like the Hatha Yoga Pradipika as a cleansing technique (shatkama) to enhance breathing and mental clarity.
