Try the steps below to solve Ricoh Printer Offline issues. We will either ask WMI for printer status communication or pause SNMP. To access the Print & Share setting, first, click on it. In addition, select Profiles and modify the box in the top right. The next step is to select General Configuration from the Profiles menu. To proceed, choose General Setup from the list of options. Select WMI as your second communication option. Finally, hit OK to save your modifications.
