I went to the British Airways office in Manila to inquire about their special services, seating arrangements, and baggage regulations. The staff took the time to thoroughly explain everything and was quite knowledgeable. For future reference, they also sent printed booklets with useful information. Even though I wasn't making a reservation at the time, I was impressed by their desire to help and their patience. There was little waiting time and the office was well-organized. I had a positive and educational first encounter with British Airways in Manila. I was encouraged that I had selected a trustworthy airline by their outstanding customer service.
