They thoroughly explained the baggage limits and everything else, which helped me feel prepared for my journey. The office itself was tidy and spotless, and the chairs I sat in during my wait were cozy. Because of the staff, there were fewer waiting hours, which made the entire procedure less stressful. Overall, the service was quite good, thus I would suggest the KLM Aberdeen office to other high-ranking individuals.
